iPhone 4 - camera, photo and browser picture problems

Bought an iPhone 4 over the weekend.

Couple of problems, all to do with pictures.

    1. Any photo that is taken by either of the cameras is saved in bright green, like heat vision, but in green.

    2. All photos in "Camera Roll" or pictures on websites viewed through the browser are displayed in black, and must be clicked on/opened in order to view.

I rang the Vodafone store where I bought it and they said they'd send it away to be checked. They also said they're not authorised to replace faulty phones until the manufacturer confirms the fault.

I want to avoid being without a phone, so does anyone know of any solutions?

Try a restore and see does it fix it

Sorry, should have stated that originally.

    Full reset did not resolve.

Also, the phone has not been jailbroken, and the OS has not been upgraded or downgraded.
    Version is 4.0.2 (8A400)

Sounds like accesibility option is On.
Try this: setting-general-accesibility -white on black- turn that to off if it's on.

Reset and restore are 2 different things reset does what it says on the tin but a restore reinstalls the os so it's worth a shot
