desire not remembering list menu

    O2 htc desire 2.1

    When i change the main menu view from grid to list it seems to forget the setting and go back to grid.

    I cant find much of a pattern but definitely doing it on reboot anyway.

    Anyone else getting this?

    i'm having the same problem with the generic 2.2 software.
