I wouldn't waste your time with that crowd! Most people who ordered the star wards usb key from their site never got it!

....and you have to wait 28 days until they are willing to declare it missing..

...and they do not track the parcel so you have no way of knowing where your item is and if it has been delivered or lost in the post!

MyMemory are one of the best websites I have ever dealt with. When a package from them got caught at customs belonging to me I emailed them to ask about the delay. They said to leave it a few days and get back to them if it didn't turn up. Told them it was in customs and I had to pay an additional charge to get the package. They told me to email them the receipt and they would refund it to me, which they did.

Not many companies would do that now!

The transformers USB stick is plastic and very poor quality compared to the star trek one. I have one and can't say I'd recommend it.

Shipping is only £1.95 which isn't too bad. At least it's a set price. I hate having to keep checking my order to see how much the shipping will cost. Set prices and free shipping are the best ways for sites in my opinion.

Much easier time browsing if you know exactly what you'll be paying. I think MyMemory are great, but wouldn't pay €10 for this. "Initial viewing" has to be by the end of the year, so I'm sure we'll see the price drop before christmas.

Have also had positive experiences with my memory.

An item I purchased broke after a few days, I emailed them and explained the situation, because the price to send it back to mymemory via AnPost was way too high, more than I payed for item originally, they decided to refund me and allow me to keep the broken item, which I could probably repair myself with some glue! (it was a moving part so I contacted them first, instead of trying to glue)

Ive used them only once and am still waiting for my star trek usb stick, have to wait until next week before they do anything about it.

I've used them numerous times and never had a problem to be honest..

.. but the delays for this 'Star Trek' USB key are quite worrying.. especially the fact they said it was despatched for most people.

I use them a lot and never had a problem until I ordered the Star Trek usb key so now I'm in the same boat as everyone else that ordered one.
I pretty pissed off with them tbh, It's only a couple of euro's which I'm sure I'll get back, but the fact that so many people have the same problem is a joke, clearly they never posted them.

Nobody has mentioned how horrifically bad this film is. Buy it for the drive by all means but the movie is plain awful.

Should probably point out that I got my Star Trek USB no problem at all, so maybe they sold more than they had in stock or something? Maybe there is a genuine postal issue?

For the record, I got my Star Trek stick without problems too. It took about 2 weeks for delivery, which is not exactly unusual for snail mail
