I've been using Wirecard for my online purchases. Have had no trouble with it and there's no secret charges either.

    I'm sorry, I just don't understand this!

I've neither of these cards but am looking to get one.

Carne, you say there are no "secret charges" either with the Wirecard.

Fair enough, they're not secret, but looking at the two websites it would appear that:

Moneymaker - €10 per year, Free to use (generally), and Free to pay into.

Wirecard - €10 per year, Free to use (generally), and a selection of charges to pay into it.

    From their website:

Deposit money Via wire transfer * 1.00 EUR Via credit card Variable3.0%Minimum Charge1.00 EUR Cash via stores Variable4.00% e.g. 50.00 EUR2.00 EUR

Sorry if I'm missing something here, but is Moneymaker not a much better option?

    Regards,

    Ned.

I use 3v and the only problem I've had with it is the outdated list of places you can get it on their website.
