Is there anyone out there that has the ultimate household chores that you hate doing..... if so what are they and is there anything you can think of that might make it easier/faster!

For example my pet hate is making the bed........ or having to run outside when it rains to bring in the washing....etc

Men is there anything out there that you think might make your lives easier that you wish might be on the market....?

    All comments appreciated

It would be nice if there was someone who would scratch my balls for me.

Are you interested in providing such a service?

    Hmm, weird first post op.

Approaching business from the point of view of finding a chore that people hate doing and then find a way to do it easier, faster or better and you could be on to something...

    Here's a great example:

But if you hate making the bed, chances are you need a maid not a new business or product design.

    Hi,

Yes that is exactly what I am trying to do. A quick, more efficient way to get things done faster.

Yes I do hate making the bed. No I do not want a maid, but a woman in england has come up with a duvet cover that opens on 3 sides and has sold hundreds and thousands of them. This idea is so simple yet so clever and I know a lot of women and men that would find this an amazing invention.

Thank you for the post and any more ideas are welcome.....

    I'd buy that duvet cover.
    My pet hate list

    1. Ironing
    2. Defrosting the freezer
    3. Cleaning the bath

I hate cleaning my bathroom and would definitely buy something that made that quicker and easier.

Not quite a 'task' as such, but I hate the minute or two between switching on my laptop and actually getting to read my email etc. My boot-up time is way too long, but not long enough to actually do anything else during the period.

Already invented. Its called an SSD drive. Got one on my latest laptop and would never go back to the old moveable parts drive. Insanely expensive but in my opinion worth every penny and as with all technology will become more affordable in the coming months / years.

Or get a mac which you just put to sleep which doesent use battery and open up your laptop and 5 seconds later its on.

    +1

My mac is only turned off to install updates. I assume you can do this with all computers though?

    What does this do exactly?

My worst nightmare in housework is having to scrub a manky oven. Its not so bad if its cleaned fairly regularly but its easily forgotten, like a cave with a locked door, you forget it and then one day it just has to be done- yeugh!!! Only recently started using those curly stainless steel scrub yokes, and it worked a treat. Promise to self - clean regularly!!

You think that's bad? The first time I started living alone I realised just how filthy a toilet gets when it's not cleaned regularly!!!

Ironing is 80% of the reason a mate of mine has a cleaner, I agree with him but I can't afford a cleaner :o I just hate ironing and always seem to mess it up .
