Watching movie on i tunes (slight problem)

    Just downloaded a movie and wanna watch it but when i click it it just wont play? I can browse through the chpaters no prob etc but cant play, is there something i have to switch on before i can play a movie on itunes?

    Where did you get the movie from? Was it imported into iTunes correctly? What format is the movie in?

    Bought it on itunes, so whatever format theyre in from itunes im not sure

    Are you getting an error when you try to play it?

    Click into Store > Authorize This Computer and enter your username and password, then try to play it.

    Nope not getting an error, just when i click on "play movie" nothing happens. Yup ive authorised it already

    try change the resolution on your screen to 1024 x 768.... it's a long shot though

    Nope, i dunno, thought this would be a common problem, it comes up and i can flick through chapters etc etc but nothing will play
