Transferring to a different university.. who do I speak to?

Hey. I'm transferring to a different University (UCC) due to major financial problems but into the second year of the same course I am doing and I was wondering who do I contact/speak to about this? Can it all be done over the phone as I am 4 hours away from Trinity College..

Contact UCC Admissions Office, get them to OK things on their side. I believe you'll also have to talk to your tutor so you can given them a shout. You'll probably have to sign something though. Ask can you scan in the forms at home to send up by e-mail or just post it in?
