My Dell Inspirion Laptop power cable is after breaking. Any ideas where I'd get one this weekend in Limerick rather than have to order one online?

I have two but I cannot sell it because one is mine and one is works. You can go online and order one if you like and borrow mine in the meantime until it arrives. It is for an Inspiron 1525 but also works on my Lattitude.

Offer stands unless something better turns up.

What about those shops that unlock phones and the like? There's one or two up by the station iirc, would they stock that stuff I wonder? A place like MCS, too, come to think of it, probably have em lying around. They gave me a free laptop bag once :D Still using it!

    my dell recharger broke too
but got one from a friend who works in dell
think they are cheaper off the dell web site than from
pc-world but with pc-world you can get a universal one

Try laptopparts.ie, once you have a temporary charger.

I'm gonna be lookin for something similar in next few weeks....I'm not sure if the OP means the cable is physically broken, mine is intact but nearly everytime I plug it into laptop I get the "plugged in, not charging" message, so its faulty I take it.

Don't use the cheap universal ones, It's only a matter of time before they cause issues.
