    Hi All,

One of the clauses in our grant of planning permission is that we pay the council 6 grand for providing public infastructure and services. Have talked to a couple of lads in the parish who built in the last few years and didnt bother paying this fee.
Anyone else not bother paying this fee or does it become much more complicated down the line and end in legal letters and eventual payment??

Thanks in advance for your replies

    From the charter

Any thread/post that is looking for ways to get around the planning process, or building regulations, or any other statutory legislation, or advising somebody to ignore these legislations and regulations, will be deleted and and the poster will be banned indefinitely.

I'll not ban you but rather lock the thread .

This action is not intended to embarrass or confront you but rather guide you and others as to what is acceptable in the context of the forum charter
