Don't think there is an official Dublin or Ireland one but this is the UK owners club, you might find some Irish owners registered there:

Cheers , i am a member on u-ukhbc , but there is very little traffic on there , i have sent a pm to the 2 current Irish Beat owners a few weeks back , but they having been on the forum in quite a while , the search goes on :)

Yeah they are an amazing little car and great fun to drive , only a 650cc engine that likes to be driven hard , mid engined and rear wheel drive , so good fun all round , the only down side is if any thing goes wrong , which is rare , as spare parts are hard to come by and prices for new ones are NAMA figures .
have a look here for some general info
