Dogs' growth rates?

My female staffy is now just over 9 months old, and still very small. In comparison to an average sized staffy she'd be about half the size, maybe 3/4 the height. Other dogs I've had, one of which was another staffy, developed much faster than this...
I'm not very concerned about this at all, tbh it wouldn't really matter if she stayed the same as she is now forever, but just wondering has anyone got any experience of their dog developing very slowly, and did they develop fully eventually??
