we have a people carrier sitting on our premises for the last few years. the car was left by an old business partner and when the business split they never took it. Its still registered in their name. Anyway found a key to it today so was thinking could we register it into our business or personel name and if so how do we do it as we dont have the registeration papers. Otherwise will just tow it out to their house and dump it and let them deal with it

you can get a sworn affraidavit (sp) and present that to the tax office.
best bet is to call them to find out exactly what you need or call into them.
