Hi all, i had an idea i thought i would suggest for the feedback and help desk forums. I check these forums on a fairly regular basis (being nosey i admit :p ) and i imagine the mods/admins get browned off with what seems to be a daily misunderstanding. People go to these forums (mainly help desk) and ask things which have nothing to do with boards at all.

    The latest example is here

So i thought, what about a flowchart interface like the one i have attached ( a simple one to illustrate) whereby every screen is clicked so the first question being "Is your question about boards.ie?" two options will be given, yes and no. The choice will determine the next action whether the user goes further depending on their issue being boards related or not.

Anyway just a suggestion i thought i would make :)

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
