Wanted: Cheapish 18" or 19" hardtail frame

looking for a cheapish 18" or 19" hardtail frame. Thinking of building up a single speed mtb. Already have the majority of components lying around, so just really looking for a frame.

a friend has a hardrock 17" or 18" with bb, headset and tired forks(suntour)
disc mounts. he has mech disc brakes for it as well. will send him a link.

i have a spec hardrock, 19inch, 2003 i think, silver v good condition, disc mounts and a headset
or a steel GT tequesta frame and rigid fork, from '98 maybe. think that's a 16" so quite a bit smaller and has a few scratches.
