USB Earphones and microphone Headset

Looking for a cheap but decent USB earphones and mircrophone head set..... Want usb so I can leave it plugged in all the time but only my skype sounds come through it.... currently have a microphone and earphone headpeice, but have to plug in and out the headphone jack when skyping/not skyping... Anybody know a good deal?
