Antacid tablets in bulk

    Looking for cheap antacid tablets -standard calcium carbonate or similar. I am guessing some chemist or supermarket must have a generic brand cheaper than the ridiculously overpriced branded ones.

    I usually buy them in Sainsbury's or ASDA when in the north. I presume Tesco would have them too here, but never seen them now that I think of it. Last week a 4X20 own-brand pack was £1.97 in Asda. Settlers Tums was about a pound dearer. Not much help maybe, but shows the price you should be paying.

    I changed my diet and the acid went away. If you suffer (as I did) it can be treated naturally.
