We already provide payroll and tax return services but this would be a special project with quite a number of contracors. My question is, do we need to set up a new company for this specific purpose…

Hi, The company I work for have been approached by a company to provide umbrella accounting services to their contractors.

We already provide payroll and tax return services but this would be a special project with quite a number of contracors. My question is, do we need to set up a new company for this specific purpose only and are there any additional rules/regulations?

Any advice greatly appreciated.
