Samsung N130 magnification problem

Oh I have the Samsung n130 brilliant computer except for one little niggly thing. THe screen size keeps changing when I use the mouse pad. THe screen magnification on the tool bar will suddenly change from the usual setting of 100% to anywhere between 10% -540%. How can I get it to just stay at one setting?

The trackpad has pinch to zoom on it (kind of like the iphone) Just use the trackpad with one finger and it should work properly?

i do use one finger normally on it and it still does ti but thanks for your speedy reply
