Does anyone know any (nice) good dentists who do IV sedation in the south-east area? I get the shakes at the thought of going to the dentist!

What sort of work do you need done?

No idea yet. But I haven't been in years and I figure I'll probably need quite a bit.

Best off getting a general dentist to just look at your teeth, take xrays and all that easy non invasive stuff. Once you know what you need, the dentist can treat you or send you on to somebody that can treat you to your satisfaction.
