Another paypal and 3v question?

Ok so, i registered my 3v voucher with my paypal account. And verified it. The problem is however that when i check my paypal balance it says its 1.50. While i have like 147 quid on my 3v voucher? so... is it supposed to be like that? can i still pay for up to 147 quid with the paypal account or is there a way to transfer…

when you pay using paypal it takes the money from your card then. the initial amount it takes is just to verify you're the card owner etc.
