Just starting to experiment different methods of fishing for Plaice. Any ideas regarding rigs and bait ?

Hi, usually off the beaches we would target plaice/flounder and other types of flatfish. We use a 2 hook pennel setup with 1/0 or 2/0 hooks.
Bait would be mackerel/lugworm/crab, also have a chance of picking up other fish with the same setup. Depending on the conditions might use grip leads instead of standard.
For flatfish we like to use rigs with beads and or spoons on them aswell.

Not sure to be honest, have never fished for these from a boat. But would think it your fishing over a sandy bed it should be the same (probably not use the grip leads though).
