    So - what do I need to have with me for next week?

    Is there any forms receipts passports ID cards etc etc etc needed to get started in DCU next week to get the student cards etc etc

    What do I need to bring with me... because I know it'll end up being me that's the awkward eijit who forgets something obvious and makes a balls of it :p:p

    don't think it's too obvious - just say it here and now or I'll forget it :p:p

    thanks :pac::pac:

    I know you need proof of registration for your student card anyway, you can print it off once you've registered

    Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

    I think they email you after aswell, you could print that? I guess they want the page with your module choices on it?
    I have no proof of payment of €1500 as the govt. are paying for me:)

    You need to bring a letter saying that you're getting a grant and they're paying your reg. fee otherwise you'll be sent away with no card.

    If it's really going to be an issue and you need it for Monday and don't want to wait for the registered post get a certified copy (a photocopy which has been stamped at a Garda Station) faxed through and I'd say you'd be fine with that.

    My mother is having a coronary at the thought of sending my passport to me by registered mail but at this stage it's the only possibility. I was thinking I could maybe scan my birth cert or something but I doubt that would work. Typical me...

    When do you need it for? Could get a bus home and back in a day. Probably wouldn't cost too much either.

    Starting a taught masters there myself and I'm waiting that letter. E-mailed the fees office and they pretty much told me If I don't get a letter by the 30th then I go the fees office to see them. Sucks though as I will probably miss the first week.

    Anyone know where the postgrad orientation is on tomorrow? They were meant to email the location but I haven't heard anything yet. Anyone else?
