Hi all, What is the usual protocol with renting land for livestock and paying for water (local water scheme). Is the person who owns the land responsible for paying or is it the person who is renting the land? Thanks

at least it was when ever i rented

By agreement whenever i used to rent. Since water charges usually the renter
