    Hi,

    I am new to this and can't seem to find the information I am looking for so I was hoping someone may be able to assist me.

    Can you confirm the steps I need to take in order to declare my property as a rental property? I want to do everthing above board and want to make sure I cover all the necessary steps?

    Also if I sell my property down the line can you explain the tax implications?
