Online Play in Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11

I just got this game the other day as a friend has it and we wanted to play each other online. Problem is we can't seem to get the games started.

We've tried inviting each other to a game, finding each other in rooms in the lobby ec but can't seem to get a gam going. What happens if I invite him is my screen goes to show my golfer is ready to play and is waiting for the other player. Meanwhile on his screen after accepting the invite it shows both of us but no option to actually start the game. And it's the same if he invites me but vice versa.

Are we doing something wrong or how do we actually get the games to start?

you may need to open some ports on your router, search for port forwarding guides to find out how. Your tiger woods manual will tell you which ports you need to forward

Have you used the online pass code that came with the game, i have't played any of the online pass games yet so not sure how it stops you. if it's not that then go to the site named above, find your router and find the PS3 Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11
