How to undo Carrier Settings

    Is there an easy way to get rid of the carrier settings without having to jailbreak? I've an iPhone 4, running on ios4.1. It is not a contract phone, and I've being saying no to all requests to download the carrier settings for Three. I'm not sure how the f**kers managed to get their settings on my phone (I'm positive I have selected no every time I've been asked, and I haven't synced to iTunes in about a week!), but somehow I now have Carrier 3 Ireland 8.0, and no access to edit them (or even check to see what the specific settings they have given me are!). Any ideas how to undo this?
