    EVERY bloody day I have to listen to arseholes telling me how they're gonna call bleeding Joe Duffy to complain about where I work.

    So I tell them "Off course, I truly appreciate your sentiment. I'm sure Joe will take full notice of this complaint and sort you out" or something like that, depending on how angry and shouty they are.

    That usually makes the angry people even more angry but I do thouroughly enjoy those 2 minutes of satisfaction.
