Just a heads up, if any of you guys are looking at buying this or have it, SSL are going native (no longer need the hardware) on this and i believe its currently in beta testing. Maybe a chance to pick up a cheap deal on the hardware version now or avoid it, i imagine native will be ilok????

Well i'd be wary of that lol - like if i've got 50 instances of compressors - would they all be in the cpu? :) - might just unplug the duende and see what the load drops to :)

That's a pity in some ways, would be nice to be able to push them back into the duende or get some sort of meter that shows the balance - not much point in owning one otherwise and might go UAD quad :)

no ilok. ssl will use they're own cpu based dongle emulation based similiar to propellorheads codemeter protection by all accounts.

on another note: is this any good? more into the analogue side of things myself, but might integrate this in somewhere for convenience, depending on the cost and how stable this version is!!
