Pain from Physio

So I have problems with my foot and knee. Got really bad in feb last and had xrays and was told I had severe tissue damage in my foot.
Went to a physio my doctor recommended and she got me ortothics. Saying that I had too much pressure on my foot, which was making my knee hurt. She gave me exercises to do and sent me on my way.

Fast forward to last week, in agony with foot and knee again, went to physio, she massaged my calf and knee and stretched my legs. Was really sore, pain went down a bit but now I have pain in my hip and lower back. Need to sort this as I am out of work. So my question is.. Do you think she did something wrong because of the pain Im in now? Do you think I should go to someone else for 2nd opinion?
    Hope someone can help, thanks!
