Firstly, apologizes folks. This slipped my mind somewhat. For some reason I had(the damn) international footy in my head for this weekend. So that put me off a bit.

Anyway, you know the deal. Vote for the match you want as ever. Most popular match gets it's own thread where everyone chips in with their tips and reasonings.

Just to add, there's a lot of fixtures this week that IMO aren't as concrete as Chelsea's match. A lot of teams that would be favorite normally will or already have played in Europe this midweek too. So that had to be factored in.

*** Poll closes in the early hours of Friday morning. ***

What game will we cover? 23 votes

It's almost like people just choose the game they like the most, entertainment wise, or who they support!

Yeah if the most popular games of the week are always picked a lot of value will be exhausted on it and prices will drop when everyone jumps on obvious bets. I picked Spurs v Wolves as i seen some good bets in it. And it's also on tv.

    True dat.

I was thinking maybe the match picked this week(ManU vs L'pool), those two teams can't be in the poll for a couple of weeks or even a month?

Perhaps in the next poll I'll have just the matches on TV(Sky and ESPN) only?

    Again, I'm open to suggestions.

Yeah not a bad idea Adnan. Maybe omit some of the bigger teams every 2 or 3 weeks so they don't end up being the ones picked all the time. Although seems to be quite a decent mix of the teams being shown live across Sky, ESPN and Setanta. So perhaps your idea of only tv games might work as the thread could be used for live betting chat also.

Another thing I was thinking, can you keep the votes hidden until the deadline?

Spurs v Wolves, which last season saw the underdogs win both ties
