Re-Signage After Motorway Reclassification

Have any of the HQDC roads (Such as the M20 into Limerick or N22 into Cork) been given new blue signage (eg. No "L" Drivers signs and junction maps etc.) after being re-classified to Motorway? All that seems to have been changed is the speed limits. Why hasn't this been done? And what about the hard shoulders? They seem to have been left as-is.

They were all re-signed and the hard shoulders were all given solid yellow lines, making them emergency lanes. The delineation and re-signing works were carried out in August 2009 for the most part.

EDIT - And the N22 was never redesignated.

Any HQDC's which were reclassified motorways have their signs, limits and hard shoulders painted to reflect the motorway restrictions. There is special limits in place for the N22 and N25 near Cork but they are not motorways.
