    Yeah sorry, but like what the other posters said subsequently this makes little or no sense. A decision can relate to many, many matters. For example a Money Judgment is the same as a normal Judgment 12 years, etc. A case decision is final unless appealed. So shelf life is impossible to gage, but you should assume it is permanent unless appealed.

    Based on OP's PM to me I'm going to advise that this issue be brought up with a solicitor.

    OP appears to be asking if a Circuit Court Order to sell "disputed property" is still valid if the property is in "negative value" and the bank will "not allow sale" as a result of this.


    Seems very complex and is essentially asking for legal advice IMO.
