I've tried this several times and it still hasn't helped. Thanks anyway! :)

Sounds like it has missed an update. Leave it on a channel overnight. Is it a FTV card?

Do a forced update-hold back up button in the box, unplug power, plug back in and release back up button. If you do it right a message should appear on screen telling you not to plug out or disconnect box.Takes about 10 mins for update to complete.
