Anglesea Road and plenty of side roads around Ballsbridge. These are pay parking.

You could park at the car park of the horse show house also if you wanted to chance your arm.

All day parking at the RDS (check their website for locations) is €6 (their biggest car park is in the simminscourt area). The on-street parking in the immediate area is often full, but otherwise you pay by hour for that.
