Coiled up ribbed casts of some insect

    Howdy, I've seen these small (1-2mm in width, 1cm long) dark-coloured, some what coiled, ribbed casts (larval?) of some insect lying around - anyone know what they might have belonged to? (no camera suitable to photograph them)

    edit: ha, just found one with all the legs & head intact... and after some googling...it's a millipede of the order Spirobolida. (can delete post if you like mods)
