    hi,

I have come home from work today to discover my freezer making a beeping noise plus everything is defrosted:mad: The (green) pilot light is flashing. Any ideas?? Also does anybody know where the socket is located? I am in a 3 bed mid terrace.

    Thanks

The plug is located under the sink. You should be able to see the plug socket through the very sophisticated square hole cut that they have cut in the back panel of the cupboard for access! Your socket might have dodgy wiring. We've got at least three sockets throughout the house that don't work, including one on the kitchen counter.
