Seen a thread about this fella in Galway (kneeling with legs facing wrong way), well he's in limerick today outside penneys.

Doing the travels of Ireland begging.

He is probably meant to be in Westport.

Seriously, I've saw this guy twice within a week:

    1. He/She/It was on Henry Street in Dublin, beside the GPO.
    2. Outside a Post Office in Port Laoise town

Where next? Someone need to get an autograph and make sure there's no impersonators.

Fair play to him. Imagine the eejits giving him money.
He must have free travel to be able to get around so handy.

He was begging outside a market in Clara in Offaly last Sunday week.

As the bus driver says to him:

    "how you getting on?"

    He was a con artist.

I assumed that was a requirement.

A little reminder, because it's been a while since the last time it happened:

threads about particular local characters are not permitted here. We can all think of some well-know Joe Soaps in town but that doesn't give us the right to read them on-line, especially as these threads usually dissolve into petty insults/offensive rumours.

    Sorry folks, but thread locked.
