Heat gun recommendation to fix YLOD on PS3

Anyone able to recommend a heat gun to use?

Reading up on it u need 350C on a low fan speed

Which obe have u guys used?

Lidl had some for ages, can't seem to find any now that I need one.. That one went from 350-500 with a 3-way switch. To slow the airspeed I hear you can tape up intake vents, but be carefull not to cause damage to it by restricting too much!

A hot air gun is what ya really want, as part of a reflow station, that would have an adjustable airspeed and heat! You'd be looking closer to €100 though..

well as far as I know both the x box and the ps3 is the same fix just bake it.

But you do not need a heat gun to fix it.
