EHIC Card in Athlone?

Hi, I'm going on holidays this week and I don't have a European Health Insurance Card. Is it possible to get this or a temporary cert in the HSE in Athlone or do I have to go to Mullingar. The EHIC website only mentions Mullingar. D

Ring the health centre down in St. Vencents, I think my sister has gotten a temporary letter/cert there before.
