Is the cycling clothing suitable for jogging?
Looking to get some decent clothing for this weather.

Anyone know what the story is with the shoes? http://www.aldi.ie/ie/html/offers/special_buys3_14434.htm - I have Shimano SPD SL's but they look very different from the soles of these? Do you add the cleats to them?

SPD SL are road cleats, those are mountain bike shoes so they take the regular SPD cleats.

You may be able to get an adapter but it wouldn't be worth it in my eyes. MTB shoes tend to have a more flexible sole so you can run in them
