    3 Bedroom Flat with 3 existing friendly flatmates (2 girls, 1 guy)

    Open plan kitchen (fully equipped), dining/living , large balcony

    Wi Fi, phone, power, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, iron etc

    We are looking for a guy, working professional, has office hours, non smoker, no students.

    On street parking available on safe street

    Available to move in 9th October

    Rent ($165p/w plus bills) fortnightly in advance, Bond of 2 weeks rent
