    Hi guys,
I’m starting up a new business later this year aimed at bringing Asian golfers to Ireland to play our amazing golf courses. So basically a golf tour company based in Asia.
Anyway my question is I am designing a new web site and plan to get the following businesses to advertise on it:
    1. Irish golf courses
    2. Irish hotels
    3. Golf equipment and clothing manufacturers
    4. Major Airline partner that will benefit from 400k-1million euro of business from the business.

    My question is:
    1. How much should I be asking for the right to have a link and golf course or hotel description for 12 months on my site?
    2. Same for golf equipment manufacturers?
    3. Exclusive Airline partner..What should they pay for exclusive link and partnership?

And I also plan to distribute 20,000 brochures to golfers by way of open days in there clubs in Asia... what should I be charging for a full page in this brochure?

Would appreciate all professional feedback in relation to the above as I don’t want to undervalue this.
Many thanks for any advice.... Ian ian@golfingtoursireland.com

That's one of the "piece of string" type questions. Here's a question for you: what kind of long term, sustainable, value can you bring to your customers?

Starting out, you will have few clubs etc on board, so you will need to set "market penetration" pricing. If your market exists and you survive, then later you'll probably be able to raise your prices quite significantly. Don't have only one price point, have multiple tiers.

Caelan King from WhatClinic (formerly RevaHealth) has a couple of blog posts about this topic here, great info there.

Good recommendation. I've worked with Caelan years ago and did some work for him at Reva. They're the ones to learn from when it comes to this type of activity which is more or less selling classified ads. They are using a 5 tier model from free (basic) to Ultimate @€;9500pa. They started by researching all clinics and giving them a free listing. This is vital as without critical mass users engage poorly. They also provide a lot of visitor info and CRM unlike most other listing sites which lacks this key RoI info.
