Never seen the likes of it before. I want it!

Having never seen it before I don't know if that is a good price or not.

Sure, I remember when they were released, I bought Mario Bros, wasn't that hot on the rest tbh, just because it says Ninty on the box doesn't mean I am compelled to run out and buy it, that sort of logic is reserved for Apple buying fanatics!

Yeah but this is not what was released, this is different.

Cool, didn't know they released a box-set of them. Got a few of them individually, but that's really nice. Seems a bit pricy, though would love to have it.

The famicom collection gba games in japan came in cool little boxes, saw a couple at a convention a while ago but were too expensive.

What's different then, aside from the collectors case?

The prestige Cider, the prestige :D

Exactly the prestige of having the case, knowing (most) other's didn't.

Talking to the seller it seems this was originally an nintendo prize for something. He doesn't know the details exactly, but a google search confirms there was such a prize once upon a time.

Nope, I'll keep my credit card where it is, thank you very much!

It's funny, perhaps even a little, dare I say, ironic....

That many here will blast the re-release, on physical media, a classic onto the Wii, 360 or PS3, saying "why not just make it cheaper and a download" and here we have a selection of NES remakes, all of which can probably be bought individually for the host hardware, heck, you could, no doubt, pick up the hardware as well to play it on, all for less than the asking price of this "collection".

Now, if it were a collection of NES carts in a presentation case, that'd be something, otherwise it's simply selling you emulation, might as well have the lousy Digital Eclipse logo on the front, feckers!

Nice little box alright! Sold for €232 in the end.

I only have Metroid out of the series.
