depreesed and scared again

    i have depression and anxiety and panic attacks. i took anafranil with food, cos it is horrible without food. I had stomach problems last couple months and stopped it. Now depressed scared again. scared and do not know what i am scared of


    i could start but i do niot want to be taking psy meds all my life, been taking them half my life

    I do not want to be under psychiatrist or be a depressive. and the meds have sexual side effects. don't say change meds all meds have sexual side effects

    i just do not want to be a mental health patient/pill popper
