Certainly looks ok, but have you asked when that photo was taken ? It could be eyars old, and the car could have sat outdoors unused.This happened to me on a 300d about 2 years ago, I drove Dublin to Adare and the car was a POS !

I assume you asked about NCT & Road tax too ?
