standard word template for documenting discrete event systems?

Hi I was asked to try to find a particular word template that is used to document discrete event systems/simulation. Don't have much other info really. Can't find anything on Google. If anyone's used one or aware of one used at all widely, I'd appreciate it if you could link me to it. Thanks
