Does this fund pay a dividend or what? Is it distributed or reinvested?

ESTX50 is an index and there are several EFTs based on it, so you'd need to tell us which one you are referring to before you can get a correct answer.

Normally if you check with the exchange where the fund is traded you should be able to find a fact sheet with that kind of information on it.

    Good luck with that,

    Jim.

IShares show three ETFs for this index - two paying dividends and one accumulating so it depends on which one you bought - you'll need the ISIN, SEDOL or RIC codes to figure it out, just go to the ishares site and you'll find all the documents there.

As general rule you'll find that most EFTs in Europe are offered in both dividend paying and accumulating versions, although you might have to search around on a few exchanges to find the one you want. Euronext offers a very selection of ETFs from all round Europe.

Here in Switzerland we tend to favor accumulating over dividend paying because we're not taxed on capital gains for investing:)

    Good luck with that,

    Jim.
