Red Cow Park n Ride question

Ok so I need to be in town, near Dublin castle, by 9.30 tomorrow morning... Was planning on driving up (from Waterford city), and park n ride in from red cow.
It just occurred to me the car park may be full when I get there, so just wondering can anyone tell me does the carpark there fill to capacity daily, and if so how early should I get there to be absolutely certain of getting a parking space?
Thanks for any advice (but please don't anyone bother suggesting I go to other locations or drive further into town, as I've got no satnav and no interest in driving in Dublin morning traffic! It's either park n ride or choo choo train for me!)

I'm on the LUAS every morning into town passing through the Red Cow at about 8am and there's plenty of spaces.
    Should be grand.

I was there @ 8:50 this morning and there were loads of places left. I've only ever seen it full when there is a big event on.
