Problem with 2nd cable for Sky+ box

    Hi all,
Have had my sky + for 2 years and no problems.
Over the weekend we had very wet weather but not too stormy (I mention this as when this last happened the installler had gotten the cable wet and damaged the sky box).

I also moved the box to clean underneath which was probably the cause as I pulled it out and may have pulled the wires too harshly though they appear intact.

Anyway now my recording won't work. I know it's the second input cable as I can still watch the channels but it won't let me record one channel and watch another at the same time.

I've taken off both input cables and put them back, tightening them but it hasn't worked.

Does anyone have any other theories or suggestions? Sky want €100 to gt an engineer out but I am fairly certain it's very minor and I can probably fi it myself so long as it's a problem with the indoor connection and not the wires on the roof :D.
