Before starting a new thread on a city/town you can check whether one already has been created before.
If so maybe the answer you're looking for is in there? If not then feel free to revive an older thread (unless it's older than 2008).

To search for older threads look in the top right corner for "Search this Forum". Click that and enter the city/town/thing you are looking for and click Go.

The results page will contain threads where the word you looked for exist.
Read through the threads, maybe the answer you're looking for is there.
